I tend to hear these words a lot. "I love to eat!" We all love to eat! However, no one is saying, "Don't eat!" The bottom line is set a goal to eat foods that are in agreement with the needs of your unique body. It's not always what you eat, but how you eat. When planning or prepping daily meals for the week, remember to include in each meal a carbohydrate, healthy fat and lean protein. The ultimate goal is to create a sustainable lifestyle. Generate good habits that will last a lifetime. Plan well, have fun cooking, season with great flavor, and enjoy your meals! Train your appetite as much as you train your muscles, if not more!
Eat 5 to 6 Meals Daily and Drink an Adequate Amount of Water.
Aim to incorporate carbohydrates, protein and fat in each meal, including snacks.
Let's not forget about vitamins!
